At FSGR, we work at the grassroots level to uplift rural communities with a special focus on women and child development. Our initiatives are based in Banadiya village surrounded by Aravali mountain range, located 20 km from Udaipur city, where we closely collaborate with local families to create meaningful and sustainable impact. We facilitate a Balwadi (child care center) that provides a safe, nurturing, and educational space for young children. Through early childhood care, basic education, and nutritional support, we aim to build a strong foundation for their future.

We provide nice and friendly working environment to our volunteers. We have a team of youth workers and we highly value our volunteer's inputs and we always welcome new ideas. We also focus to introduce rich rural culture to our volunteers though our operational villages.
